WP1 Management and Coordination

Project management encompasses contractual issues; administrative, technical and financial management; innovation management and the setup of the project’s Advisory Board; quality assurance, data and knowledge management; communication within the project and communication between the project and the stakeholders. The Project Coordinator, Mr. Theodoros Kyrios will lead the project management.

Objectives
